Classic Ghanaian Tomato Stew
“Rich, deep tomato stew to pair with anything from rice to yam.”

Ingredients
- 500ml Ntoswura Natural Tomato Puree
- 500g chicken or beef
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Maggi cube
Preparation Method

Season and brown the meat in oil, set aside.

In the same pot, sauté onion until translucent.

Add Ntoswura Puree and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Return meat to the pot, add seasoning and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve with rice, kenkey or yam.
